Elevation Recruitment Groups HR Division are excited to be exclusively partnered with a fantastic South Yorkshire business who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor to join their HR Team on a full time, permanent basis.  As a HR Advisor, you will be reporting directly into the HR Manager, who will mentor and support the right candidate. Operating as a true generalist you will have the opportunity to contribute to the full range of HR initiatives whilst also developing personally. As a HR Advisor, your day to day duties will include:

  • Managing a caseload of ER issues; mainly surrounding absence management
  • Advising and coaching the management team & providing consistent advice on employment law
  • ER related matters including investigations, grievance, disciplinaries and dismissals
  • Managing the Employee Life Cycle – Assisting with recruitment, selection and onboarding
  • Leading on projects such as Staff Engagement & Surveys 
  • HR Reporting to provide regular updates to Senior Leadership team
  • Supporting with end to end recruitment requirements
