Reed HR are supporting an engineering company in Sheffield to recruit a dynamic HR Business Partner to join the HR Team. You will be working closely with senior managers to deliver a people agenda that aligns with the overall vision and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level HR support both strategically and operationally.
- Implement and deliver the People Strategy.
- Guide managers on complex employee relations issues.
- Equip line managers with coaching skills.
- Analyse data for strategic HR decisions.
- Lead change projects and HR policy development.
- Mentor HR team members.
About You:
- CIPD qualified.
- Experience as an HR Generalist and leading change projects.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills.
- Knowledge of employment legislation.
- Experience in a unionised environment.
