Joining at a really exciting time, this role will be varied and very hands-on. This company is proud of continually reviewing and improving its employee experience. You will contribute to this and be a pivotal part of the team.

  • Keeping up to date with employment law and legislation and ensuring policies and procedures are up-to-date and communicated accordingly
  • Development of new policies and procedures and coordination of Learning and Development activities
  • Providing HR support and advice to managers and employees
  • Recruitment, on-boarding and dealing with changes to terms and conditions
  • HR administration and some Office Management duties

A great role for the right person!What you'll need to succeedIdeally, you will have your CIPD level 3 qualification with willingness to work towards achieving your level 5.You must have experience of working within a busy HR department. This will almost be a stand-alone position as your team members will be working outside the country.
