Elevation Recruitment Group's HR division are delighted to be working with a major wholesaler based in Sheffield in the search for a HR Assistant or HR Graduate to join their team on a full time basis.This is a 12 months fixed term contract with a strong potential to go permanent. My client is a global leading supplier, operating across several countries with an annual turnover in excess of £60 million.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Graduate looking for their first role within human resources to join an established and experienced team. As a HR Assistant / HR Graduate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions and adverts and arranging interviews
  • Maintaining the HR Information system is up to date
  • Supporting with the onboarding process and sending out offer letters and contracts
  • Contribution to the development and renewal of an HR scorecard that monitors the HR contribution to the business in a period of significant growth.
  • Assisting with annual HR processes and projects such as performance and talent reviews, salary reviews
