Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working with one of our Sheffield based clients in the recruit for a Junior HR Business Partner to join their well-established financial services business. This will be a crucial and varied role, providing HR guidance and advice to key stakeholders, collaborating with the business leaders to understand their challenges and objectives to achieve business goals.

As HR Business Partner, you will also be required to support and coach the line managers to enhance their people management skills and to support on any people-related matters.

Some key duties will include:

  • Ensure the right strategies, planning and talent is in place to address both current and future business needs
  • Be the first point of contact for managers and employees to support on any ER cases
  • Work with the business leaders to create a positive workplace, encouraging employee engagement and culture
  • Support managers with performance reviews and management
  • Effectively support organisational changes including improvements and restructuring

The deal candidate should have extensive experience of Employee Relations, Operational HR Processes, as well as a deep understanding of generalist HR knowledge. Strong communication and organisational skills would also be desirable and sector experience within the professional or financial services would be preferred.  CIPD Level 5 or similar is desirable.For more details please submit your CV for consideration.
