Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit a permanent Regional HR Advisor.

Regional HR Advisor

Home based with regular travel

Up to £40k plus Company Car

Full time and permanent

The Regional HR Advisor will provider support across the business with a particular emphasis on Employee Relations across Central, East, Midlands and North Regions.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Support managers with ER casework and assist with meetings when required.
  • Give regular advice on a range of HR related queries.
  • Work with the People Director to develop, map and improve processes top create efficient and user friendly systems and procedures.
  • Provide support across the People team including support with Recruitment.
  • Compile and distribute reports as required.

We are looking for:

  • Proven background managing ER cases from start to finish.
  • Experience managing high volumes of ER cases.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Very strong knowledge on Employment Legislation.
  • Ability to effectively support and advise managers.
