Morson are currently partnering with a national Financial Services organisation who have a brand new role available for a Regional HR Business Partner.

This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary between £50,000 - £60,000 DOE. 

You will be based from the Sheffield office however will be responsible for the Northern offices and therefore travel will be required to those offices to be present across your region. Travel would be once or twice a week. You will also have flexibility to work from home two or three days a week. 

This is a true generalist HR Business Partner role with a key highlight on proactive stakeholder management and building relationships. 

The Role:

  • As a Regional HR Business Partner, you will be the key point of contact for the North.
  • You will align HR strategies with the goals of the organisation and partner with stakeholders at all levels on a range of HR topics. 
  • You will support with key initiatives which will include talent management, succession planning and employee engagement.
  • You will be a true expert with regards to Employee Relations, being an escalation point for HR Advisors on ER cases. 
  • You will ensure HR strategies are tailored and effective across the different offices in the North.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working as a HR Business Partner
  • Experience of working in a Financial Services or other Professional Services organisation
  • Minimum CIPD Level 5
  • Flexibility to travel where required
