3rd Line support Analyst - Sheffield - 40K
An established client of ours in the Technology sector are looking for a 3rd Line support Analyst to join their internal IT department, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate candidates will be responsible for providing on-going infrastructure support for technical configuration of hardware, software and services and give in depth technical support to ensure their networking and infrastructure maintains a high level of availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the successful delivery of new infrastructure services.
- Resolving 2nd/3rd line support calls, supporting junior members of staff and assisting the Service Desk team.
- Experienced providing service/support to a 1000+ user base.
- Evaluating network and service performance by utilizing monitoring tools and troubleshooting procedures.
- Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP Protocols and printer sharing.
- Strong Networking skills: LAN / WAN / Switches / Routers / Firewalls
- Design, build and deploy new network solutions with emphasis on security, reliability and scalability.
