IT Help Desk Manager - Sheffield - 40-50K
An established client of ours in the Technology sector are looking for a IT Help Desk Manager to join their internal IT department, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Incident and Service Request processes for both internal and external customers. This role will require a strong leader, with the ability to improve and build the processes around the Service Desk as the business evolves.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the general maintenance and support of all on site IT systems and applications.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- You will provide support and act as mentor to the support team to ensure that they can perform to the best of their ability and develop with the business.
- Working with cloud based technologies - Azure hosting, AVD, RDS and Microsoft Office technologies.
- Ensure that IT support remains available during weekend and business hours.
- Continually anticipating areas of improvement and development to support our ambitious growth plans.
- Make sure the team are adhering to the SLAs/Targets.
