Monday to Friday 39 hours a week

Adept are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to lead our client's quality assurance efforts and ensure their products meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

With over 40 years of experience, our client brings technical expertise, capability, and production capacity to manufacture all types of wear parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Monitor Quality Goals: Set and track targets to ensure excellence.
  • ISO 9001 Expertise: Maintain and manage our quality management system.
  • Quality Control Oversight: Conduct daily audits and ensure process consistency.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead projects using modern techniques.
  • Process Mapping: Create process maps to meet quality levels.
  • Customer Interaction: Understand and represent customer expectations.
  • SPC Monitoring: Use SPC to ensure safety and quality.
  • Problem Solving: Lead 8D processes and perform root cause analyses.
  • PFMEA Exercises: Identify improvement opportunities.
  • Corrective Actions: Implement and manage proactive control plans.
  • Capability Studies: Establish control limits for SPC.
  • Process Analysis: Reduce cycle times through detailed analysis.
  • Leadership: Communicate effectively, lead a small team, and collaborate with senior management.
  • Reporting: Produce analytical reports on business performance.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and modern improvement techniques.
