Chapman Tate Associates are working on behalf of a leading retail company to find a skilled IT Partner Manager.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Partner Manager to join a fast-growing retail company based in Sheffield. This is a hybrid role, offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000, where you will have the opportunity to play a crucial part in managing key IT relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and vendors.

About the Role:

As the IT Partner Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing the relationships with the company’s MSPs and IT vendors, ensuring effective service delivery and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial partnerships. In addition, you will leverage your own technical expertise to guide and support internal teams, ensuring that the right solutions are implemented and aligned with the company's business needs.

You will act as the point of contact for managing vendor performance, negotiating contracts, and driving continuous improvement in IT service provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with MSPs and IT vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify IT needs and ensure vendors deliver on requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams when integrating and managing IT solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure value for money and quality service.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in managing MSPs and vendor relationships within an IT or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
