Trust Advisor / Sheffield - Hybrid / £40,000 - £50,000 with Benefits

Marks Sattin are delighted to be collaborating with a Law Firm who are looking to recruit a Trust Administrator based in Yorkshire. They are looking for a driven individual who will be able to manage trusts effectively as well as act on behalf of trustees.

The Role:Within this role you will be responsible for the administration of trusts established by clients.

Day to Day:

  • Handle trust and tax advice work for private clients and to build and develop own case load.
  • Deliver high standards of client care.
  • Preparation of Annual Trust Accounts
  • De-registration of Trusts on HMRC Trust Register
  • Provide completion & expert advice on Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and Inheritance Tax to trusts and estates.
  • Provide legal advice on trustees'& offering guidance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience working with trusts and estate compliance
  • Experience working in a legal firm desirable
  • Experience working in a client facing role while providing
