Graduate Town Planner - Sheffield - £Negotiable

We are working on behalf of a well-established, dynamic, and growing multidisciplinary consultancy based in the UK. Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Town Planner to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career within a supportive and forward-thinking company that offers excellent professional development and progression.

About the Role:

As a Graduate Town Planner, you will:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals, and site assessments.
  • Work on a range of planning projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Support senior planners with planning advice, project management, and research.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Enthusiasm for planning and development, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A desire to work towards professional accreditation (RTPI or equivalent).
