This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a varied caseload of both residential and commercial property transactions, contributing to the success of a forward-thinking and client-centric organisation. You will work in a fast-paced environment where meeting targets and KPIs is paramount. Role Scope & Responsibilities:In this role, you will handle a range of property matters, primarily focused on commercial and residential transactions, ensuring that all work is completed in line with the firm's KPIs and service level agreements. Key Responsibilities:* Manage your own caseload of residential and commercial property sales, purchases, and remortgages, ensuring timely completion of all matters. * Deliver excellent client service in all communications, including telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions. * Collaborate with solicitors, referrers, and professional organisations, ensuring smooth communication and meeting service level agreements. * Utilise the firm's bespoke case management system and adhere to internal processes to ensure all actions are documented accurately. * Consistently meet individual targets, contributing to team performance and the achievement of monthly completion goals. * Attend regular training sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings to stay updated on industry trends and legal developments. * Ensure full compliance with anti-money laundering legislation, CQS requirements, and SRA standards, maintaining the highest level of legal and regulatory compliance. Person Specification:Experience: * Minimum 2 years' experience as a conveyancing fee earner, with applications from more senior candidates also considered. * Proven track record of managing a varied caseload and meeting deadlines in a target-driven environment. * Demonstrated ability to achieve individual performance targets and business KPIs. * Strong client care skills, with excellent communication abilities across multiple platforms. Skills and Attributes:* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. * A proactive and solutions-driven approach, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. * High attention to detail, coupled with strong problem-solving skills. * Familiarity with modern, process-driven conveyancing practices, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Technical Competence:* Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and case management systems. * Experience with online portals such as the Land Registry and SDLT. * Strong understanding of conveyancing processes, with compliance knowledge in anti-money laundering, SRA, and CQS requirements.
