Description
The Contentious Construction Solicitor will be:- Handling construction / property litigation matters, including contract disputes, defects, and adjudications.
- Advising on contentious matters arising from development projects and supply chain issues.
- Managing pre-litigation disputes and working on dispute resolution strategies.
- Engaging with external counsel and stakeholders to mitigate legal risks effectively.
- Staying updated on construction law developments to support the business proactively.
Profile
The Contentious Construction Solicitor should be:- A Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE in construction litigation or property litigation.
- Experienced in handling construction disputes, adjudications, and contract claims.
- Skilled in drafting legal documents, settlement agreements, and dispute strategies.
- Commercially aware with the ability to advise key stakeholders effectively.
- Confident working autonomously and within a collaborative legal team.
