MFK Recruitment are working closely with a well-respected law firm who are looking for several driven, self-sufficient and experienced Solicitors of varying levels to join their Private Client Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor, who is looking to take a leading role within an established Private Client team whilst managing a varied caseload.

Private Client Solicitor - The Role:

  • Handle intricate wills and probate cases, including lasting powers of attorney and high-value estate and trust administration.

  • Manage Court of Protection cases, providing expertise in related matters.

  • Collaborate closely with the Private Client Operations Director on business development initiatives.

  • Contribute to the achievement of broader business goals and objectives.

Private Client Solicitor - Who we are looking for:

  • Extensive and thorough knowledge of all wills and probate matters, including high-net-worth estate and trust work.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook.

  • Experienced in managing cases using a case management system.

  • Exceptional communication and client service skills.

  • Expert in drafting legal documents.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Skilled in summarizing and presenting complex information in a simple, accessible manner.

  • Methodical and accurate work approach with a keen eye for detail.

  • You MUST be a qualified Solicitor, with at least 1-year PQE.
