The role will involve managing a non volume case load of conveyancing matters from inception to completion across freehold/leasehold/new build, sales, purchases, remortgages, right to buy, shared ownership, auction properties, transfer of equity and help to buy. You will also have exposure to some commercial properties cases as well.The firm is looking for a conveyancer (solicitor, legal executive, CLC, experienced fee earner) to join the team on a full time permanent basis. You will have at least 2 years solid conveyancing fee earning experience and be looking for a new, challenging and rewarding role within a successful and progressive firm. Hybrid working and flexible hours are available.
