This role offers the opportunity to influence standards, drive compliance, and ensure best practices across their offices and trading styles.The Role:Champion Compliance and Quality in ConveyancingAs a Technical Conveyancing Auditor, you will work closely with directors and senior management to support the technical and tactical development of the conveyancing team. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance, inspiring best practices, and ensuring high-quality client outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Auditing Excellence: Conduct regular and ad-hoc audits of conveyancing matters, recommending necessary changes to ensure compliance and uphold quality standards. Compliance Leadership: Ensure adherence to Service Legal Agreements, AML regulations, SRA guidelines, and CQS Core Practice Management Standards. Data Analysis: Analyse audit findings, prepare reports, and provide feedback to senior management, managers, and staff. Performance Support: Collaborate with managers to incorporate audit findings into training and performance development plans. Regulatory Updates: Keep teams informed of changes in SRA, CQS, ICO, GDPR, and other compliance standards. Training and Development: Deliver training and coaching to enhance team compliance and quality standards.
