Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting a Quality Engineer for a highly-regulated manufacturer in Sheffield. Reporting into the Quality Manager, this role will ensure that the company’s product and processes meet the required quality standards whilst developing corrective measures and implementing robust quality systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Engineer with some experience within highly regulated who is looking to move into a business that can offer training and development to AS9100 and NADCAP standards. 

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with NADCAP standards and internal quality requirements.
  • Analyse quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with customers to address quality-related issues and ensure their requirements are met.
  • Carry out FAIRs for customers.
  • Carry out internal audits to NADCAP check lists and AS9100

I'm keen to speak to individuals with the following skillset: 

  • Experience in quality engineering, preferably in the chemical processing industry
  • Experience with NADCAP/AS9100 accreditation and audits is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of problem solving tools
  • Good communication skills
