The role of Pastoral Manager is to ensure all students in one year are ready to learn and are well supported through effective management of behaviours, attendance ad safeguarding You will experienced at de-escalation techniques and are keen to continue with your personal development.
• You will provide strategies and behaviour interventions to ensure best outcomes for learners in a Year.
• You are able to set clear expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge students and are experienced at promoting good progress and outcomes.
• You are a firm, unambiguous communicator able to keep calm and maintain control under potentially challenging circumstances.
• Organised and adaptable you will be a natural collaborator and possess good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Demonstrate emotional resilience in working with varying behaviours and attitudes to use of authority and maintaining discipline.
