  • Manage team workflows, processes, and expectations with a strategic mindset.
  • Drive excellence and boost performance across all operational areas.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships while handling case management.
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1s to provide feedback and foster team development.
  • Motivate, mentor, and guide your team towards best practices.
  • Lead by example, serving as a point of escalation when needed.
