Paralegal – Corporate Law

Location: SheffieldFirm: Legal 500-ranked law firm

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm is looking for a Paralegal to join its busy Corporate department. This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with prior experience in a Corporate team to take the next step in their career.

As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting Partners and Legal Advisors, ensuring the smooth progression of corporate matters.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with clients and third parties to support case progression
  • Delivering high standards of client care and a first-class client experience
  • Managing a small caseload under supervision
  • Conducting legal research, due diligence and disclosure work
  • Drafting and transcribing letters and legal documents
  • Preparing bundles and supporting transactions
  • Supporting the billing process and liaising with the finance team
  • Assisting fee earners in progressing client matters efficiently
  • Managing billing and credit control processes
