Key Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and arrange transportation for goods, liaising with carriers and ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery
• Create and manage all shipping documentation to ensure smooth and efficient transport of goods
• Handle export documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards
• Raise purchase requisitions accurately and in a timely manner to maintain seamless operations
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external partners to facilitate logistics processes
• Address and resolve any issues that may arise in the logistics process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

Logistics Coordinator Candidate Requirements:

• Knowledge of shipping and export documentation would be beneficial
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
