Key Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and arrange transportation for goods, liaising with carriers and ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery
- Create and manage all shipping documentation to ensure smooth and efficient transport of goods
- Handle export documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards
- Raise purchase requisitions accurately and in a timely manner to maintain seamless operations
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external partners to facilitate logistics processes
- Address and resolve any issues that may arise in the logistics process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Logistics Coordinator Candidate Requirements:
- Knowledge of shipping and export documentation would be beneficial
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
