Albion Search are currently partnering with a regional house builder to appoint an Assistant Site Manager for an ongoing scheme in Sheffield. This is a mix of private market sale and housing association plots, with 2 - 4 bedroom houses.
The successful candidate must have experience with volume house builders in an Assistant Site Manager position, and be motivated to progress through to a Site Manager in the coming years.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Manager with daily tasks
- H&S
- Home demos
- Oversight of trades & sub-contractors
- Management of the snagging process
- Inductions
- Assisting with the build programme
Remuneration
- Basic salary up to 43,000
- Car Allowance / Company Car
- Private Pension
- Generous bonuses (Depending on performance)
You must have a valid and in date SMSTS and CSCS Card, along with the above relevant experience in the volume house building market.
