Maintenance Team Leader

Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting a Maintenance Team Leader to join an engineering company based near Sheffield, close to the M1. Salary: £50k-£60k on shift.

The Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for a highly skilled team, focussed on reducing downtime, improving plant performance, and driving long-term reliability.

Duties of the Maintenance Team Leader will include:

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance engineers
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
• Ensure all plant and equipment adhere to all relevant legislation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

We are keen to speak with Maintenance team Leaders / Maintenance Supervisors with the following:

• Engineering Degree qualified
• Apprentice trained in a relevant vocation
• Proven experience in a heavy engineering environment
• A solid understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance processes
• Previous experience in a maintenance leadership role within a heavy industrial setting
• In-depth knowledge of industrial machinery and systems, with experience in fault diagnosis and repair
