Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer in Sheffield to recruit a Production Manager,Salary: £45,000 - £50,000Other benefits:

The Production Manager will manage a diverse production team aswell as overseeing the production process, coordinating all production activities, and ensuring that manufacturing runs smoothly and efficiently.Responsibilities of the Production Manager will include:
- Plan and organise production schedules
- Oversee the production process and manage the production team
- Develop new and improving existing SOPs procedures relevant to manufacturing process
- Continually improving processes
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions
- Prepare and present production reports
We are keen to speak with Production Managers with the following:
- Experience of managing people within an automated manufacturing environment
- Background in injection moulding / plastics would be advantageous
- Strong people leadership
- Experience in project management
