Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth production processes, enhancing efficiency, and delivering on ambitious targets.

Responsibilities of the Production Manager will include:

Motivate a dedicated team of Production Operatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development
Implement KPIs and visual management tools to track and enhance productivity
Lead CapEx projects and continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency
Manage budgets with a focus on cost control and strategic investment
Maintain accurate product stock levels to meet demanding production schedules
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximise machinery output, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards

We are looking for Production Managers with the below skills & experience:

Proven leadership experience, ideally in heavy industrial manufacturing environments
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience in budget management
Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and engage your team
A data-driven, target-focused mindset with a track record of delivering results
IOSH qualification is desirable
Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and leading CapEx projects
