TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a site manager with new build experience for a project in Sheffield. This permanent opportunity is with a regional construction business operating across the East Midlands and south Yorkshire regions.
The project is a valued around £10m and is a new build scheme that will benefit the local community. A regional, tier 2 contractor with many years successful trading, this contractor works with private and public clients and has a fantastic reputation.
The Role
- Lead the site team to successful project completion
- Promoting and enforcing health & safety
- Toolbox talks
- Managing sub-contractors - site presence and quality monitoring
- Managing programme
- Meet with client and manage expectations
The Person
- A proactive approach
- Strong communication skills
- Good IT skills
- New build experience with projects up to £10m
- Organised and professional
- SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Black card ideally)
