Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in administrative tasks to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Provide data and supporting information for board-level reporting
  • Ensure department-wide adherence to compliance standards
  • Support initiatives to maintain and strengthen data protection protocols
  • Assist members by providing essential information and documentation
  • Produce and analyse Management Information (MI) reports to support decision-making
  • Provide evidence and documentation for internal audits
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to key risk indicators
  • Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of financial controls
  • Support the review and validation of invoices
