Role Overview:In this role, you will provide specialist assessment and intervention for adults experiencing a variety of communication and swallowing difficulties. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, delivering high-quality care and therapy to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
  • Provide therapy to support patients with voice, swallowing, and communication disorders
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development

Requirements:

  • HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
