Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
Provide therapy to support patients with voice, swallowing, and communication disorders
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families
Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development

Requirements:

HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
Previous experience working with adults in a clinical setting
