Position: Office Manager (Part-Time, 2 Days a Week)

About the Role:As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the school, ensuring efficient management of resources, and supporting the Senior Leadership Team. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the school's future while working in a friendly and supportive community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the school's budget, financial reporting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure effective administration of school operations, including HR, procurement, and facilities management.
  • Work closely with the Headteacher and Governors to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Lead on health and safety, compliance, and safeguarding processes.
  • Manage payroll, contracts, and liaise with external providers and stakeholders.
