Payroll Advisor - Leeds, LS26

Are you an experienced Payroll Advisor looking for a new opportunity in Sheffield, S9? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team on a permanent basis as a Payroll Advisor. If you have a strong background in T&A systems, attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills, we want to hear from you. What's in it for you?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of Monthly payroll using a mixture of managedservices and direct processing.
  • Assist with the management of our time & attendance system bytroubleshooting and resolving system related issues.
  • Setting up shift patterns and holiday accruals in the time andattendance system.
  • Processing new starters and leavers on payroll and time andattendance systems.
  • Processing absence in line with legislation, entitlements andCompany Policies.
  • Calculating AHP.
  • Reporting to the Finance department and assisting with payrollrelated queries.
  • Management of the Company pension scheme, autoenrollments and processing of all payments.
  • Scanning & electronic filing to the HR system.
  • Provide a high-quality administration service.
