Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator looking for an exciting Temporary opportunity? Look no further! Our client, a leading Engineering, Environment, Design & Regulatory Consultants, is seeking a Temporary Payroll Administrator to join their team based in Leeds.

- Job Title: Temporary Payroll Administrator

- Hourly Rate: Equivalent of £25,500 as an hourly rate

- Hours: 9am-5pm

- Start Date: ASAP

- End Date: Ongoing

- Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday to Friday)

- Location: Leeds City Centre

Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of the Payroll Team to process monthly payrolls for our client and their subsidiaries.
  • Actively checking all changes processed in payroll to achieve the 6-eye check requirement.
  • Assisting with monthly payroll for our client's Ireland operation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Administering monthly payroll activities such as third party changes/payments and producing FPS and EPS submissions.
  • Providing advice and guidance on statutory pay and leave, including jury service, sickness, maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental, and parental.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Payroll Administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems such as SelectPay and PayCheck Plus.
  • Understanding of statutory pay and leave regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
