Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a housing association, who are recruiting for a Compliance Officer on a permanent basis.

The role will ecompass the delivery of an effective and legally compliant asset compliance service , including gas, electricity, fire, asbestos, water hygiene, EPC's.

Responsibilities of the Compliance Officer:

  • Procuring, managing and delivering asset compliance programmes including managing external contractors and maximising value for money
  • Holding responsibility for compliance, reinvestment, stock condition and asset data
  • Accurately capturing and recording all compliance data on the Assset Register
  • Assisting with financial planning, budget setting for statutory compliance and reinvestment activity
  • Managing the day-to-day operational delivery of compliance and cyclical programmes
  • Ensuring compliance and cyclical programmes are fully compliant and delivered to time and budget
