Elevation Recruitment Group is excited to be partnering exclusively with a key client based in the heart of Sheffield to recruit an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive multiple M&A projects, ensuring efficient execution and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee the seamless incorporation of acquired businesses into existing structures, including IT, governance, and processes
  • Support leadership in uniting teams, fostering collaboration, and maximising post-acquisition value
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring acquisitions deliver long-term commercial benefits 

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience managing acquisitions and post-merger integrations
  • Full Qualified, ACA/ACCA/CIMA ideally 
  • Strong background in finance/governance projects
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and driving organisational change
