You will work closely with technical support and customer services to ensure machines operate smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain machine tool products.
- Diagnose and rectify machine faults, including part replacements.
- Liaise with technical support, service management, and customer services.
- Perform planned maintenance on machines.
- Identify and order necessary parts via the service/spares department.
