Are you a qualified HLTA looking for flexible work in Sheffield primary schools?

We are currently seeking experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our supply team, supporting a range of primary schools across Sheffield.

About the Role:

  • Work on a flexible, part-time supply basis - ideally available at least 3 days per week.

  • Cover lessons in the absence of a teacher across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

  • Contribute to a positive learning environment and deliver pre-planned lessons effectively.

Requirements:

  • HLTA qualification is essential.

  • Experience working as an HLTA in a primary school setting.

  • Confident managing the classroom and delivering learning across KS1 and KS2.

  • A flexible, reliable approach and strong behaviour management skills.
