The Company
An opportunity has arisen for an engineering shift leader to join one of the leading manufacturing companies in the UK! As a maintenance shift leader, you will have to chance to work on a state – of – the – art facility and progress through the ranks!
The Role
As a maintenance team leader, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of engineers, creating a high performing culture, executing PPMs and H+S etc
- Responding to breakdowns – you will still play your part of the tools
- Responding to mechanical and electrical issues
Requirements
To be a successful maintenance team leader, our client requires:
- You to have an NVQ level 3 or above in engineering
- Supervisory / team leader experience is desirable but not essential if you’re a solid multi-skilled engineer
- Manufacturing experience
