The Role:
They are seeking an experienced Project Managerto lead their fitout construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all phases of fitout projects, from initial planning through to handover.
- Collaborate with their in-house design team to ensure designs meet client expectations and project requirements.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring efficient delivery.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns proactively.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare regular progress reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fitout construction sector.
- Strong understanding of fitout projects across commercial, industrial, education, leisure, and public sectors.
- Demonstrable experience managing high-end luxury fitout projects.
- Exceptional organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
- A relevant construction or project management qualification is preferred.
