Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Purchasing Administrator to support their procurement team and assist in the day-to-day operations of the purchasing function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of purchasing activities, including processing purchase orders and managing supplier records.
  • Support the team in sourcing reliable suppliers and ensuring supplier details are up-to-date.
  • Help coordinate and track orders, deliveries, and stock levels.
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and resolve any order discrepancies.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and documentation related to contracts and suppliers.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or purchasing role is beneficial.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
