Salary: £60,000 plus package

Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee / manage 3 Quantity Surveyors reporting into the Managing Director
- Commercially manage fit out projects such as offices and commercial builds
- Complete cost value reports, and final accounts.
- Complete / submit variations
- Ensure projects are completed within budget.

Required Knowledge & Experience
- BSc Quantity surveying.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and word.
- Experience Quantity surveying looking to manage
- Full UK driving license.
