Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee / manage 3 Quantity Surveyorsreportinginto the Managing Director
- Commercially managefit outprojects suchas officesand commercial builds
- Complete cost value reports,and final accounts.
- Complete / submit variations
- Ensure projects are completed within budget.

Required Knowledge & Experience
- BSc Quantity surveying.
- Strong IT skills includingMicrosoft Excel and word.
- Experience Quantity surveyinglooking to manage
- Full UK driving license.
