We are seeking a Branch Manager to join a leading Estate Agency team. This role offers a competitive salary with uncapped commission, a company car or car allowance, and numerous opportunities for professional development, including a fully-funded training course for a Level 2 Estate Agent Qualification.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to drive performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Coach and monitor team members, conducting one-to-one meetings to assess performance.
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective relationship management with vendors and buyers.
  • Arrange property viewings and negotiate offers to agree on sales, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Maintain high compliance standards and manage business risks by adhering to regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer position, or higher.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, creating a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and communities.
  • Strategic thinking with the capability to create and implement effective business plans.
  • Competence in monitoring competitor performance and market trends.
  • In-depth understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle high volume workloads.
  • Renowned for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications with a good telephone manner and attention to detail.
