Job Title: Receptionist
Salary: £13PH
Contract: Temporary 6 months
Location: Sheffield City Centre
Hours: 37.5 pw 8.30am – 5pm
Job Role:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone call promptly and efficiently
- Taking receipt of deliveries
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms
- Booking car parking spaces
- Ordering office supplies
- Answering staff queries
- Assisting with minor IT issues
Role requirements:
- Proficient with MS office programmes and outlook
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to work on own initiative and self-manage
- Great organisational skills
- Professional appearance
- Previous receptionist
