Parts Sales Advisor - Permanent position
Location: Sheffield
About the Role: iRecruit is recruiting on behalf of our client for a permanent position as a Parts Sales Advisor in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in the automotive industry, offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits.
Salary: £26,000 per annum

Working Hours:
- 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
- Plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:00am – 12:00pm
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, both face-to-face and over the telephone
- Organise and prioritise tasks to meet targets efficiently and on time
- Maintain high standards of work and collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team objectives
- Utilise strong organisational skills in a customer service environment
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with accounting and payment processes, including invoicing and payment collection
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Enthusiastic, approachable, and customer service driven
- Clear and professional telephone manner
