Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a Global Manufacturing Business based in Sheffield They currently have an opportunity available for a Panel Builder.The role will involve fitting out, wiring and testing of bespoke control system panels using provided layout and wiring drawings and ensuring that all work is done to company standards.

In addition, the role will also involve identifying and assisting with resolving any issues found during the manufacturing process in collaboration with the engineering design team.

Hours of Work: Day shift - 37.5 hours. Flexi Friday. 

Hourly Rate: £25-30K dependent on experience

I am keen to speak to operatives skilled in the following areas:

  • Able to undertake a wide range of tasks related to the manufacture of control panels, under the direct instruction of wiring technicians.
  • Assist with the assembly and wiring of panels in accordance with the issued work instructions and company standards.
  • Work as part of the manufacturing team, assisting other team members when needed.
  • Always work pro-actively to ensure the manufacturing process remain safe and efficient.
  • Work flexibly to meet the demands of our workload. This could involve overtime working
