We are looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join our dynamic team at a reputable car dealership. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support while ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, and email
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with various departments to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure a professional and positive experience for every customer
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
