In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to clients within the Sheffield, Doncaster and Nottingham areas, with occasional travel required throughout the UK. You will play a vital role in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various systems
The responsibilities of a Service Engineer are:
- Conduct on-site installation, preventative maintenance, repair and calibration of our engineering equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, issues, and solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
Field Service Engineers are required to have the following:
- A relevant qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Full UK driving licence with a willingness to travel across the UK as necessary.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
