Job Description:Our client is looking for a compassionate and experienced Night Senior Support Worker to oversee the night-time operations of our care home. In this vital role, you will ensure the well-being and safety of our residents, leading a team of support workers to deliver exceptional care. Your leadership will ensure that all care plans are meticulously followed, and residents' needs are met with dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the night team to deliver high-quality care.
- Conduct regular checks on residents and respond promptly to their needs.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the care home is safe and secure during the night.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and family members as needed.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a care home setting.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work night shifts.
